FOR the purpose of authorizing the Planning Board to
hold public hearings on recommendations for amendments or
supplements to zoning regulations and on matters referred to
it by the county executive or county council; authorizing
the county council to require public hearings by the Board
in certain cases; and repealing obsolete language.
