FOR the purpose of repealing certain zoning regulations
relating to residential transition areas and uses permitted
therein; re-defining a residential transition area and a
residential transition use; authorizing certain uses within
a residential transition area and providing certain
exceptions; providing certain standards and restrictions for
such uses; providing procedures for the review and approval
of a residential transition use; requiring that certain
notification be given prior to such review and approval; and
generally relating to uses in residential transition areas.
