AN ACT concerning

Tax on telephone messages

FOR the purpose of increasing the tax on sales of
exchange services for the transmission of messages by
telephone, and eliminating over a period of reducing
the tax on the rental of certain equipment associated with
such service.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments

Section 11-63

Article VI. Tax on Telephone Messages

Certain Pay Schedules and flat rate salaries

FOR the purpose of establishing new Pay Schedules I,
II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII and establishing new flat
rate salaries for certain job classifications in the
Specialized Professional Series.

BY repealing:

Pay Schedules I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII
Section I; and

BY repealing:

Flat Rate Salaries for Physicians and Dentists
Section II; and

BY adding:

New Pay Schedules I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII
New Flat Rate Salaries for Physicians and Dentists
