AN ACT concerning

Private Ambulance Services - Licensing and Regulation

FOR the purpose of providing for the issuance,
revocation, denial, suspension and renewal of licenses for
private ambulances and permits for attendants and drivers of
private ambulances in Baltimore County; to provide fees for
licenses, inspections and permits; to authorize the Health
Officer to adopt rules, regulations and standards relating
to ambulances, attendants, attendant-drivers, inspection,
equipment; to provide penalties for violations of the
licensing provisions, standards, rules and regulations, and
relating in general to private ambulances and their
operation in Baltimore County.

BY adding

New Sections 13-123 through 13-130 inclusive, under New

Article XII. Private Ambulance Services

Title "Health and Sanitation"
