possession, sale, or offering for sale of these birds;
providing that the director of the family support
division of the Circuit Court for Cecil County shall
employ certain personnel; providing that the County
Commissioners of Charles County may grant scholarships
in categories that they specify and repealing certain
enumerated categories; altering the amount of a grant
from the board of county commissioners of Frederick
County to certain volunteer fire companies and
providing for a grant to certain rescue or ambulance
companies; generally relating to volunteer fire,
rescue, and ambulance services in Frederick County; and
generally repealing and reenacting with and without
amendments certain Acts of the General Assembly that
may be subject to possible title defects in order to
validate those Acts.
