AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-703(s) to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to
follow immediately after Section 17-703(r) thereof,
establishing the Hunters Harbor Special Community Benefit
District, and setting forth the purposes thereof.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 17-300 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 3,
"Delinquent Taxes", to change payment deadlines and dates
for sale of real property for which certain tax payments are
delinquent, and establishing an interest rate for redemption
of property sold at tax sale.

Section 1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No.
51-81, legalizing Supplement No. 41, 1-81 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and
published by the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee,
Florida, and making it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland.
