COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-710 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", and to
enact new Section 17-710 in lieu thereof to stand in place
of the Section repealed; to levy and impose a tax on
consideration for keeping, storing or docking boats; to
provide certain exemptions from the tax; to provide the rate
and method of collection thereof; to provide interest and
penalties for failure to comply with and violations of the
provisions of said Section; and matters generally related
thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 17-602(1), (2) and (3) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments",
to alter certain rates charged for usage of water and
wastewater.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-711(k) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to
dedicate certain transfer tax revenues to the water and
wastewater utility fund to be used for certain purposes; and
matters generally related thereto.

and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7,
"Miscellaneous Taxes"; to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Section 3 of Bill No. 108-79; to repeal Bill No.
63-80; to alter and extend the duration of certain
provisions of law creating a program of solar energy tax
credits.
