EMERGENCY BILL

AN ACT concerning

Legalization of "The Code of Public Local Laws
of Worcester County, Maryland"

FOR THE purpose of legalizing a revision and
codification of the laws of Worcester County, Maryland,
entitled "The Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County,
Maryland", with the limitations hereinafter set out.

Section 1-101 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, Maryland added.

Enacted August 25, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Zoning

For the purpose of providing for concrete mixing plants
in the M-1 Industrial Zone, amending the definition of a
minor subdivision, and exempting structures in a farm
building group from distance requirements.

Section l-209(c), 1-210, 1-304, l-324(a), and 2-601 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland
amended.

Enacted November 17, 1981.
