AN ACT concerning

Planned Unit Developments, and regulation thereof -

Zoning Law

FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County Zoning
Ordinance (Title I of the Zoning and Subdivision Control
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County, Maryland) to provide for the utilization of C-l
Conservation zoning in the design and planning of a Planned
Unit Development on multi-zoned property.

Section 1-319(b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, amended.

Enacted May 19, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Country Inns, and the regulation thereof - Zoning Law

FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County Zoning
Ordinance (Title I of the Zoning and Subdivision Control
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County, Maryland) to provide for new regulations relating to
the establishment of Country Inns in the Agricultural
Districts.

Section l-20(c) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, amended.

Enacted May 19, 1981.
