CHARTER AMENDMENT

NO. 2

RESOLUTION of the Town Council of Snow Hill, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the Article 11-E of the Constitution of
Maryland, section 13 of Article 23-A, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition as amended), entitled "Corporation
Municipal", to amend the charter of the Town of Snow Hill by
enacting Section 109, entitled "Enforcement of Ordinances",
to provide for penalties for the violation of the ordinances
and laws of the Town of Snow Hill.

[Section 109 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, added.

Effective Date September 3, 1981]

RESOLUTION NO. R-8-81

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1-81

RESOLUTION of the Town Council of the Town of Somerset
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland to amend Sections 83-56,
83-57 and 83-58 of the Charter of the Town of Somerset as it
appears in the Montgomery County Code (1972) so as to
authorize the borrowing of funds and the issuance of bonds,
bond anticipation notes and tax anticipation notes by any of
the applicable methods and procedures authorized from time
to time by the laws of Maryland, subject to the applicable
limitations set forth therein, and to authorize bonds, bond
anticipation notes and tax anticipation notes to be sold at
private sale without advertisement or publication of notice
of sale or solicitation of competitive bids if the ordinance
or ordinances authorizing the issuance of said bonds or tax
anticipation notes shall so specify.

[Section(s) 83-56, 83-57, and 83-58 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County, repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date September 8, 1981]
