Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23-A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, (1957 Edition), titled
"Corporations-Municipal", subtitle "Home Rule", sub-heading
"Charter Amendments", to amend Section 29-10 of the Charter
of the Mayor and Council of Sharpsburg as set forth in
Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington
County (1957 Edition), said Section was enacted by Chapter
294 of the Laws of Maryland (1941) as amended by Charter
Amendment and Resolution in 1962, to increase the salary of
the Municipal Clerk in accordance with the provisions of
said Article 11-E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Article 23-A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, (1957
Edition).

[Section 29-10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Washington County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date November 10, 1981]

THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SNOW HILL

TO AMEND THE TOWN CHARTER

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1

RESOLUTION of the Council of the Mayor and Council of
Snow Hill, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland
(the "Town"), adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland and
Sections 13 to 18, inclusive, of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume),
entitled "Corporations-Municipal", to amend Section 58 of
the Charter of the Town to borrow money and incur
indebtedness, from time to time, for any public purpose and
to evidence such borrowing or indebtedness by the sale,
issuance and payment of such bonds, notes or other evidences
of indebtedness.

[Section 58 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date September 3, 1981]
