the present charter, that present charter be revised
completely.

Be it further ordained that on the 5th of February,
1981 the revision of the charter was finished and presented
to the public at a public meeting, and there not being any
objections, said charter became effective on this date 5
February 1981.

[Sections of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent
County, repealed, and the Charter of the town of Rock Hall,
Kent County, added.

Effective Date February 5, 1981]

Hall", Kent County, Maryland amending Section 30 of the
Charter of the town.

[Section 30 of the Charter of the Town of Rock Hall,
Kent County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
