SECTION MC1-6-C OF THE PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF WICOMICO COUNTY
(1978 EDITION) TITLED "MARDELA SPRINGS", SUBTITLE "TOWN
COMMISSIONERS" RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF SAID
COMMISSIONERS OF MARDELA SPRINGS.

[Section MC1-6-C of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Wicomico County, (1978 Edition) repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date July 2, 1981]

BURGESS AND COMMISSIONERS OF MIDDLETOWN

A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND

TO ADOPT A NEW CHARTER

RESOLUTION of the Burgess and Commissioners of
Middletown, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11-E of the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of
Article 23-A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as contained
in 1981 replacement volume to the 1957 Edition, title
"Corporations-Municipal", sub-title "Home Rule", sub-heading
"Charter Amendments", to amend Chapter 20 of the Frederick
County Code (1959 Edition), sub-title "Middletown" so as to
repeal in its entirety said Chapter 20 and to adopt a new
Charter in place thereof.

[Chapter 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick County, repealed, and the Charter of the Town of
Middletown, Frederick County, added.

Effective Date December 1, 1981]
