10-508. SCOPE OF LICENSE.

A LICENSE AUTHORIZES THE LICENSEE TO OPERATE A PRIVATE
FACILITY WHILE THE LICENSE IS EFFECTIVE.

10-509. INSPECTIONS.

(A)  INSPECTIONS REQUIRED.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL INSPECT EACH PRIVATE FACILITY AT
LEAST ONCE EVERY 6 MONTHS AND AT ANY OTHER TIME THAT THE
DEPARTMENT CONSIDERS NECESSARY.

(B)  REPORTS.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL KEEP A REPORT OF EACH INSPECTION.

(C)  NOTICE OF DEFICIENCIES.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL BRING ANY DEFICIENCIES TO THE
ATTENTION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PRIVATE FACILITY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as
Article 59, § 34.

The former reference to a "licensed"    private

facility is deleted as unnecessary since  a person

may not operate a private facility    without
holding a license for the facility.
