THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF MARYLAND, DO HEREBY ISSUE
THE FOLLOWING EXECUTIVE ORDER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER
01.01.1982.01 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

1.   There is established an anti-Arson Advisory
Council which shall advise the Governor on a
periodic and continuing basis concerning
necessary statewide strategies for arson
prevention, detection and control in Maryland.

2.   The Council shall be chaired by the Secretary
of Public Safety and Correctional Services, or
his designee, and shall consist of a
representative from:

(a) The Maryland Senate [and House of
Delegates], NOMINATED BY THE PRESIDENT OF
THE SENATE;

(B) THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, NOMINATED BY
THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE:

Association, Inc.;

[(c)] (D) Maryland State Fire and Rescue
Advisory Council;

[(d)] (E) Arson Control Association of
Maryland;

[(e)] (F) Maryland Arson Investigators
Association;

[(f)] (G) State Fire Marshall's Office;

[(g)] (H) Juvenile                                    Services

Administration;

((h)] (I) Maryland State Firemen's
Association;

[(i)] (J) Office of State's Attorneys'
Coordinator; [and]

[(j)] (K) Governor's Criminal Justice
Coordinating Council[.];

(L) MAYOR'S ARSON TASK FORCE; AND

(M) THE MARYLAND STATE AND DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS
