decisions;
(f) The relationships: (1) between the
Workmen's Compensation Commission and both
the Medical Board and the Division of Labor
and Industry, with regard to industrial
safety and health; (2) between the
Workmen's Compensation Commission and the
Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, with
regard to the return of disabled workers to
gainful employment; and (3) between the
Workmen's Compensation Commission and the
Medical Board with regard to the evaluation
of physical disability and the adjudication
of disability due to occupational disease;
and
(g) Such other matters as may be related
to those enumerated in this paragraph 5 of
this Executive Order.
6. The Commission shall recommend changes to the
laws of . this State governing or relating to
Workmen's Compensation as appear to be in the
public interest, and shall submit a report to the
Governor, together with appropriate legislative
proposals, by October 15, 1982, and on October 15
of each year during which the Commission is in
existence. The legislative proposals shall be
submitted in the form of a proposed bill.
7. The existence of the Commission shall
continue until terminated by executive order.

BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS GENERAL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 24, of the Constitution of
Maryland empowers the Governor to make changes in the
organization of the Executive Branch of the State
Government; and
WHEREAS, Article 41, Section 3 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland authorizes the Governor to place executive and
administrative departments, offices, boards, and other
