This bill establishes a minimum workweek for certain
deputies and employees of the offices of the clerks of the
circuit courts,

House Bill 834, which was passed by the General
Assembly and signed by me on June 1, 1982, accomplishes the
same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign
Senate Bill 1017.

AN ACT concerning

Pensions - Municipal Corporation Contributions

FOR the purpose of clarifying the basis for computing and
paying the contributions of each participating
municipal corporation to the Employees' Retirement
System of the State and the Pension System for
employees of the State; providing for normal
contributions and rates and certain adjustments along
with accrued liability contributions; providing for the
certification of contributions and the levying of taxes
to pay them; providing for the payment of the
contributions and members' contributions with certain
penalties; and providing for the crediting of such
amounts.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 26 and 135

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
