AN ACT concerning

High-Voltage or Telephone Lines - Exemptions

FOR the purpose of defining the term contractor for purposes
of this subtitle; limiting the exemption from the
provisions of the High-Voltage Line Act for certain
contractors of public utilities to construction,

repair, and maintenance work; exempting the

construction and maintenance of certain highway
equipment from the provisions of this Act; and making
stylistic and structural changes.
