appeals for failure to correct an unfair labor practice
prohibited by the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. §
158, 49 Stat. 452). This list shall contain the names of
those persons found to have engaged in these practices
during the 2-year period before the date of the list.
(b) A contract or subcontract may not be warded to
any person or for any supplies manufactured by company
whose name appears on the most recent list of the [Secretary
of General Services] ATTORNEY GENERAL.
(c) This restriction does not prohibit the awarding of
a contract to a company whose name does not appear on such a
list but whose supplies manufactured include component parts
manufactured by a company whose name does appear on the
list.
(d) This restriction does not apply during an
emergency situation when the listed person is the sole
source of supplies or services.

(a) Within 90 days following the close of the fiscal
year, each department shall make an annual report to the
Governor and the General Assembly of contracts made under §
3-205 during that preceding fiscal year. The report shall:
(1) Name each contractor;
(2) State the amount and type of each contract;
(3) Describe the supplies, services, and
construction procured; and
(4) Include copies of all determinations and
findings required to be made under this article and the
regulations.
(b) Within 90 days following the close of the fiscal
year, each department shall make an annual report to the
Governor and the General Assembly of contracts for services
which exceed $100,000 during the preceding fiscal year. The
report shall:
(1) Name each contractor;
(2) State the amount and type of each contract;
(3) Describe the personal service procured; and
(4) Indicate the number of persons employed by
the contractor.
