(i) Revising the State Comprehensive Drug
Abuse Control Plan;

(ii) Promoting, developing, establishing,
coordinating, and conducting, in cooperation with other
federal, State, local, or private agencies, unified programs
for education, prevention, diagnosis, treatment,
rehabilitation, and control of drug abuse; and

(iii) Evaluating existing and planned
programs and facilities of the Administration.

10-305.

The State Advisory Council shall:

(1)   Submit an annual report on its activities to
the Governor and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE,
TO the General Assembly;

(2)  Advise the Administration generally on
carrying out the provisions of this title; and

(3)  Be a strong advocate of a comprehensive,
broad-based approach to the social, economic, and medical
problems of mental hygiene.

10-423 10-422.

The executive board of the center shall:

(1)  Develop policy for the operations of the
center, including policies on the assignments and
responsibilities of the scientific employees and technical
employees of the center; and

(2)   Submit an annual report to the Secretary
and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the General
Assembly.

10-911.

In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in Part
II of this subtitle, the Secretary shall:

(1) On or before January 1, 1983, SUBJECT TO
ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, submit to the General Assembly
a report that evaluates the program.

13-107.

(a)  The Commission may establish advisory committees.

(b)  (1) On January 1 of each year, the Commission
shall submit a report to the Governor and, SUBJECT TO
ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the General Assembly.
