(m) [The] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, THE
Board shall report annually to the General Assembly on its
activities and the activities of the community colleges.

(g) (1) A committee composed of the Secretary of
Health and Mental Hygiene, a designated representative of
the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, and the
chairmen of the accredited residency programs in family
practice shall designate as areas of need those areas in
this State that have an acute need for physicians in family
practice.
(2) [This] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE
CODE, THIS committee shall submit to the General Assembly no
later than October 1 of each year a report on its progress
in supplying family practice doctors for this State.

(f) Each year the State Scholarship Board shall:
(1) Announce the availability and conditions of
scholarships under this section at all appropriate places;
(2) Give preference to applicants who
demonstrate financial need;
(3) Distribute scholarships available under this
section to qualified applicants meeting the requirements of
this section.
(4) [Report] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE
CODE, REPORT to the General Assembly on or before November 1
of each year the number of applicants and the number of
scholarship recipients.

(b) [The] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, THE
corporation shall make an annual report of its condition to
the Governor, the General Assembly, and the Bank
Commissioner, at the end of each fiscal year.
