TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, to the General Assembly its
recommendation to reestablish, reconstitute with changes,
repeal, or allow to terminate the board under evaluation.
This report shall be accompanied by a bill to effect the
recommendation, if legislation is appropriate.

At the annual meeting of the Board, the Board shall
make public its annual report which shall include a
financial statement. This report shall be submitted to the
Governor; SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the
Maryland General Assembly; TO the city or county council and
the board of county commissioners of the political
subdivisions of the region; TO the State Board of Public
Works; TO the Maryland Arts Council; and TO the Regional
Planning Council.

(b) The Administration shall prepare an annual report
by December 1 for the Governor and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, §
51 OF THE CODE, TO FOR the General Assembly for the
preceding State fiscal year. The report shall contain a
summary of the energy projects that obtained financial
assistance from the Administration and, for each project or
class of projects, the estimated energy savings and energy
supply additions. The report shall also list the source and
amount of any contribution, gift, or other donation received
by the Administration. Each report shall set forth the
complete operating and financial statement covering the
operations of the Administration during the fiscal year and
shall include the results of the audit performed under
subsection (a) of this section.
