EVALUATE CHANGES IN LAND USE MADE AFTER THE ORIGINAL
ASSESSMENT FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT. THE BOARD OF MANAGERS
MAY USE THE EVALUATION REPORT AS A BASIS FOR THE LEVY OF A
TAX FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS MAINTENANCE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Reports and Publications - Distribution to General Assembly

FOR the purpose of changing the manner in which certain
reports and publications are to be made or distributed
to the General Assembly; changing the manner in which
additional copies of certain reports and publications
are to be distributed to the members of the General
Assembly; imposing certain duties on the Department of
Legislative Reference with respect to reports and
publications intended for members of the General
Assembly; clarifying language; providing for the
application and implementation of this Act in relation
to other Acts which are or may be enacted by the
General Assembly; and generally relating to the
distribution of reports and publications to the members
of the General Assembly.
