INSTRUCTION OR PRACTICE DRIVING OF THE NUMBER OF HOURS THAT
THE MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES; AND
3. FOR WHICH THE INSURED HAS
RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE THAT CERTIFIES THE COMPLETION OF THE
COURSE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Howard County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses
FOR the purpose of providing that in Howard County persons
applying for a new or a transfer of an existing
alcoholic beverages license for the use of a
corporation shall possess certain requirements and
submit certain records to the Board; providing for the
certification of certain requirements; providing for
certain alternative obligations relating to certain
qualifying individuals of certain corporations applying
for certain Howard County alcoholic beverages licenses;
requiring an applicant for a Howard County alcoholic
beverages license to be a certain age or older and
requiring a checklist and police consent form to be
attached to an application; restricting an interest in
more than one license in the County; requiring the
posting of a notice containing certain information on
the premises to be licensed for a certain period of
time; providing a filing deadline for the renewal of
applications in Howard County; providing a penalty for
late application filing; and generally relating to the
applicants, the application and the procedure
concerning alcoholic beverages licenses in Howard
County.
