Ch. 844

(e)  It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this
article to allow any disorderly or disreputable persons to
congregate at the place for which such license is granted.

(f)  It shall be unlawful for any licensee, holding a
license under this article for the sale of alcoholic
beverages by clubs, to let the privilege granted under such
license to any person by any manner of agreement under which
such person to whom such privilege might be let could make
profit thereby.

(g)  All sales of alcoholic beverages by retail dealers
shall be for cash only, and no suit may be maintained by any
retail dealer against any person for alcoholic beverages
which have been sold on credit.

(h) In Allegany County it shall be unlawful for any
person to display or to drink in any bar, restaurant, tavern
or any other licensed place any alcoholic beverages other
than those which may lawfully be sold by the licensee
therein. Any person who drinks or displays any such
beverage in violation of the provisions hereof shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $25.00.
For the purposes of this section, the word "premises" shall
be construed to include any building, parking lot, terrace
or grounds which form an integral part of the said licensed
premises. Any premises licensed for the sale of beer only
or for the sale of beer and wine only shall have posted at
least four conspicuous notices on the said premises with the
following words: "Unlawful to drink or expose liquor upon
these premises."

(i) [Any person or persons] ANY LICENSEE OR OTHER
PERSON, upon indictment and conviction of violation of any
provisions of this section, shall be fined a sum not in
excess of $1,000.00, or shall be confined in the jail of
Allegheny County or in the House of Correction of the State
of Maryland for a period not to exceed [two] 2 years, or
[both] fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court.

121.

(b) (1) It [shall not be lawful] IS UNLAWFUL for any
[person, whether licensed] LICENSEE OR OTHER PERSON to sell
spirituous, fermented or intoxicating liquor or [not,] to
sell, give directly or indirectly, dispose of, barter,
furnish, hand over or deliver, within the corporate limits
of the City of Annapolis, or within [five] 5 miles [thereof]
OF THE CITY, any alcoholic beverages other than beer and
light wine in any quantity whatever[,] to any youth, or
[ minor ] PERSON under the age of twenty-one 21 years or
beer and light wine to any person [under eighteen years] NOT
DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE, [either for his or
her own use] FOR USE BY THE MINOR UNDERAGE PERSON or for the
