(i) Under age 18 -- Beer and light wine.

(ii) Under age 21 -- Spirituous or
fermented liquors.

(2) Upon conviction, the penalty shall be a fine
of between $100 and $500, or imprisonment for between ten
and 90 days, or both.]

401.

(A) IT IS UNLAWFUL, FOR ANY PERSON TO OBTAIN ANY
SPIRITUOUS OR FERMENTED LIQUOR FROM ANY PERSON LICENSED TO
SELL INTOXICATING LIQUORS FOR CONSUMPTION BY ANY PERSON
UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE KNOWING THAT THE PERSON IS UNDER 18
YEARS OF AGE.

(B) IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO OBTAIN ANY
SPIRITUOUS OR FERMENTED LIQUOR FROM ANY PERSON LICENSED TO
SELL INTOXICATING LIQUORS FOR CONSUMPTION BY ANY PERSON 18
YEARS OLD OR OLDER BUT UNDER 21 YEARS OLD, EXCEPT BEER OR
LIGHT WINE, KNOWING THAT THE PERSON IS UNDER 21 YEARS OLD
BUT OVER 18 YEARS OLD.

IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO OBTAIN ANY SPIRITUOUS
OR FERMENTED LIQUOR FROM ANY PERSON LICENSED TO SELL
INTOXICATING LIQUORS FOR CONSUMPTION BY ANY PERSON UNDER AGE
21, OR FOR A PERSON NOT DESIGNATED UNDER ARTICLE 2B, §
2(T)(2) OF THE CODE, IN THE CASE OF BEER OR LIGHT WINE,
KNOWING THAT THE PERSON IS UNDER 21, OR NOT DESIGNATED UNDER
ARTICLE 2B, § 2(T)(2) IN THE CASE OF BEER OR LIGHT WINE.

Any person who shall knowingly, wilfully or falsely
represent to any licensed innkeeper, restaurant keeper or
other person or persons engaged in the sale of intoxicating
liquors, the false aye of any person for the purpose of
inducing any licensed innkeeper, restaurant keeper or other
person or persons engaged in the sale of intoxicating
liquors to illegally sell or furnish any intoxicating
liquors to any person is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not
more than twenty-five dollars ($25) or undergo an
imprisonment in jail for a period not exceeding thirty days;
or both, in the discretion of the court.]

402.

IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO KNOWINGLY, WILLFULLY,
OR FALSELY REPRESENT THE AGE OF ANY PERSON TO ANY LICENSED
INNKEEPER, RESTAURANT KEEPER, OR OTHER PERSON ENGAGED IN THE
SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS FOR THE PURPOSE OF INDUCING
THAT PERSON TO ILLEGALLY SELL OR FURNISH ANY INTOXICATING
