AN ACT concerning
Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages -
Board of License Commissioners
FOR the purpose of providing the Baltimore County Board of
License Commissioners authority to issue a given number
of alcoholic beverages licenses based upon certain
population counts; authorizing the issuance of certain
licenses to establishments in certain locations;
prohibiting the transfer of certain licenses to other
locations; authorizing the Board to issue certain
alcoholic beverages licenses to specified
establishments; prohibiting the transfer of certain
licenses to other classes of alcoholic beverages
licenses; clarifying and reorganizing certain language;
providing that license applications under this Act are
subject to certain sections of the Alcoholic Beverages
Article; providing that this Act shall be given
prospective construction except as expressly
prohibited; providing for the application of new
provisions of the law until the occurrence of a certain
contingency; and generally relating to alcoholic
beverages licenses in Baltimore County.
