the person resides or does business in Baltimore City].
4-1004.
(f) The Department shall issue licenses pursuant to
the rules and regulations it prescribes. A temporary license
may be obtained from the clerk of the circuit court for the
county in which the person resides [or from the clerk of the
Court of Common Pleas, if he resides in Baltimore City].
Every applicant shall pay to the clerk of the court the
license fee specified in this section and, in addition to
this sum, 50 cents to the issuing clerk of the court. The
temporary license will be the carbon copy of the application
duly certified by the clerk and will be valid for a period
of fifteen (15) days from the date of application. The
clerk shall within forty-eight (48) hours forward the
original copy of the application to the Department of
Natural Resources, which shall issue a license to the
applicant by mail. The court clerk shall forward monthly to
the Department the license fees received from applicants for
deposit to the credit of the Fisheries Research and
Development Fund.

(c) A clam dealer's license may be obtained from the
Department or the clerk of the circuit court of the county
where the person resides [or from the clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas if the person resides in Baltimore City].
4-1202.
(b) If any fine is imposed by the circuit court of any
county [or the Criminal Court of Baltimore City], the fine,
less the costs of collection, shall be paid to the Fisheries
Research and Development Fund, unless otherwise provided
for.
5-1302.
(b) If any fine is imposed by the circuit court for a
county [or the Criminal Court of Baltimore, as the case may
be], the fine, less the costs of collection and not
otherwise provided for, shall be paid to the Forest or Park
Reserve Fund.
6-509.
(a) A request for judicial review of the Secretary's
action on any application shall be made within 30 days after
the decision has been rendered. Proceedings shall be filed
in the circuit court of any county [or in the Baltimore City
Court] having jurisdiction in which the facility or any part
of it is to be situated.
