HARRY HUGHES, Governor                              4335

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 266H of this Act do not apply to any
facility to be constructed under the provisions of a lease
approved by the Board of Public Works prior to January 1,
1982.

SECTION 4 5 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July June 1, 1982.

Juvenile Causes - Waiver

Section 3-817(f)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

3-817.

(f) An order waiving jurisdiction is [immediately
appealable] INTERLOCUTORY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Approved June 1, 1982.
