SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 266B(g) of Article 41 - Governor -
Executive and Administrative Departments of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, is transferred to be Section 3-9A-01 to be
under the new subtitle "Subtitle 9A. Solid Waste Disposal
Facilities" of Article - Natural Resources, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
Section(s) 266A, 266B(a) through (f), and 266C through
266-I, inclusive, and the subtitle "Industrial Buildings for
Counties and Municipalities" of Article 41 - Governor -
Executive and Administrative Departments, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be repealed.
