Office on Aging] A PUBLIC AGENCY at least semiannually. The
board may agree, on the basis of the petition by the
affected individual, to review his case before six months
has elapsed. [Each] NOTWITHSTANDING § 13-708(C) OF THE
ESTATES AND TRUSTS ARTICLE, EACH time [that] the review
board reviews a guardianship it shall recommend to the court
the continuation, modification, or termination of the
guardianship. Failure of the review board to recommend
termination or modification of a guardianship does not
affect the authority of the court to so order.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any
provision of this Act or the application thereof to any
person or circumstance is held invalid for any reason, the
invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or any
other application of this Act which can be given effect
without the invalid provisions or application, and to this
end all the provisions of this Act are declared to be
severable.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Economic Development Revenue Bond Act
FOR the purpose of enacting new provisions permitting
counties, municipal corporations, and industrial
development authorities to issue revenue bonds to
assist the financing of all types of buildings,
structures, facilities, and property interests for
stated economic development, port and pollution control
purposes; providing the terms and conditions under
which these bonds may be secured, issued, sold, and
delivered; prohibiting the State or any agency of the
State from entering certain leases or contracts
relating to certain facilities and revenue bonds unless
certain conditions are met; and relating generally to
these bonds for the stated purposes.
