Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

An annual roster showing the names and mailing
addresses of all professional engineers shall be kept by the
secretary of the Board and a copy shall be sent free to each
registrant upon renewal. Copies of this roster shall be
placed on file with the Secretary of State and furnished to
the public at a reasonable cost to be established by the
Board. Each registrant shall advise the Board not later than
June 30 of each year, on a form provided by the secretary of
the Board, of his name, place of business, mailing address,
and other such data deemed pertinent by the Board. The names
of those registrants who do not pay the renewal fee prior to
July 1 of each year may not be included in the next issue of

[(d) The Board shall have printed and published for
public distribution as soon as practicable after January 1
of each year an annual register which shall contain the
names arranged alphabetically by classifications of all
persons, partnerships and corporations holding enrollment
certificates issued under this section, the names of the
members of the Board, and such other matters as the Board
may deem proper. Copies of the register shall be mailed to
all holders of enrollment certificates, and to such other
persons as the Board may determine.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July i, 1982.
