SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

[309.

A roster showing the names and places of business of
all registered professional foresters qualified according to
the provisions of this subheading shall be prepared by the
Board by the thirty-first day of March of each year. Copies
of the roster shall be mailed to each person so registered,
filed with the Secretary of State, and furnished to the
public upon request.]

[(c) An annual roster showing the names and mailing
addresses of all professional land surveyors and property
line surveyors shall be kept by the secretary of the Board
and a copy shall be sent free to each registrant upon
renewal. Copies of this roster shall be placed on file with
