expiration of the grace period, the Board may renew such a
certificate upon the payment of [$50] $100 to the Board. No
person who applies for renewal, whose certificate was
suspended for failure to renew shall be required to submit
to any examination as a condition of renewal.

(a)  An applicant may not be scheduled for an
examination required by this subtitle until the applicant
has paid a nonrefundable examination fee of $10.

(b)  No license may be issued or become effective until
the applicant pays the fee therefor as follows:

(1)  Contractor's license, for each business
location, [for each year] FOR 2 YEARS or part thereof,
including the fee for one salesman's license.. [$75] $150

(2)  Salesman's license, [for each year] FOR 2
YEARS or part thereof..........................[$15] $30

(3)   Subcontractor's license, [for each year] FOR

(4)  Fifteen dollars of these fees are not
refundable to cover the cost of processing the applicant's
eligibility.

(c)  Fees shall be collected as follows:

(1)  For a certificate of the Commission under
seal................................................... $1

(2)  For copies of documents on file in the
Commission office, per page................................$1

(h) Unless revoked or suspended by the Commission a
license shall expire on June 30 [following the date of
issue] OF EACH ODD-NUMBERED YEAR and may be [annually]
BIENNIALLY renewed upon payment of all required fees.
