LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 21

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as the
first, fourth, fifth, and sixth sentences of
Article 2C, § 303(b) (3) .

Throughout this section,        references to a

detoxification "center" are substituted for

"unit", to standardize the references in this
subtitle.

Also throughout this section, references to the
"administrative head" of a center are substituted
for the references to a "program director", to
avoid confusion with references to the Director
of the Administration and to standardize
references to this type of position.

Subsection (a)(1) of this section is revised to
clarify that the administrative head of a center
makes this determination.
