RESPONDING TO A CALL OUTSIDE OF ITS CORPORATE PREMISES , if
the member:

(i) Has completed an American Red Cross
course in advance ADVANCED first aid or its equivalent and
has a current card showing that status as determined by the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene; or ;

(II) HAS COMPLETED AN EQUIVALENT OF AN
AMERICAN RED CROSS COURSE IN ADVANCED FIRST AID, AS
DETERMINED BY THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE; OR

(ii) (III) Is certified by this State as
an emergency medical technician or cardiac rescue
technician; and

(3)  A volunteer fire department, ambulance and
rescue squad whose members have immunity.

(4)  A CORPORATION WHEN 15-6 ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT
PERSONNEL ARE IMMUNE UNDER PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Licensing and Regulation -

Certain Boards and Commissions -

Biennial Renewal License Fees

FOR the purpose of providing for biennial renewal every 2
years of certain licenses for the Boards and
Commissions within the Division of Occupational and
Professional Licensing in the Department of Licensing
and Regulation; altering certain registration dates;
altering certain fees; clarifying language; providing
that biennial renewal shall be effective on different
abnormal effective dates; inserting certain subheadings
for clarification; and generally relating to biennial
renewal and fees of certain boards and commissions.
