(House Bill 661)

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Household Appliance
Installers' Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of County
Commissioners of Frederick County to license household
appliance installers; and authorizing the Board to
adopt rules and regulations to authorize household
appliance installers to do certain plumbing work
incidental to the installation of appliances and to
provide for certain licensing fees and performance
bonds; and making this Act an emergency measure.
