(c) (1) After establishing a restriction, the State
Department of Health AND MENTAL HYGIENE shall test the water
in the restricted area or inspect the source of pollution of
the water at least twice monthly, or more frequently if
requested by the appropriate governing body of any county
affected by the restriction. A copy of the report of
analysis of every test and inspection shall be filed
promptly with the appropriate governing body of every county
affected by the restriction.
Article - Real Property
10-110.
In Prince George's County, a contract of sale of real
property creating a subdivision for which a plat of
subdivision has not been recorded, shall contain the
following notice:
"The subdivision of land to be created by this
transaction has not been approved by the Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission, the Department of
Health AND MENTAL HYGIENE, or any other agency of the State
or county. The approval of one or more of these agencies
may be necessary before any building permit is issued."
Article - Transportation
23-207.
(b) The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, with
the concurrence of the Secretary of Transportation, shall
SET, by rules and regulations under [Article 43, §§ 690
through 706, establish] TITLE 2 OF THE HEALTH -
ENVIRONMENTAL ARTICLE emission standards to be used for the
inspection of motor vehicles under this subtitle. [The
initial rules and regulations shall be published in the
Maryland Register by October 1, 1979.]
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland read(s) as
follows:
Article 18 - Queen Anne's County
28-1.
(A) IN THIS SECTION, "VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD" MEANS A
FIRST AID, RESCUE AND AMBULANCE SQUAD THAT PROVIDES
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES WITHOUT COMPENSATION FOR ITS
PERSONNEL.
(B) TO QUALIFY AS A MEMBER OF A VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD
IN QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY, AN APPLICANT:
