(i) The Commissioner; and
(ii) The Commissioner's spouse, father,
mother, brother, sister, or child.
(2) The County Executive shall disclose to the
public all information received.
(b) The County Executive or the County Council may
require substantiation and additional information.
12-203.
(a) Except as otherwise provided, if a commissioner or
employee of the WSSC [from Prince George's County ] has,
will have, or later acquires an interest in any actual or
proposed contract with MONTGOMERY COUNTY OR Prince George's
County, the Commissioner or employee shall publicly disclose
the nature and extent of the interest in writing to the
senior resident judge of the circuit court for MONTGOMERY
COUNTY OR Prince George's County.
(b) The Commissioner or employee shall disclose the
commissioner's or employee's own interest as soon as the
Commissioner or employee has knowledge of the actual or
prospective interest.

(c) A person who violates § 8-102 of this article
(written permits required in Montgomery County and Prince
George's County) is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on
conviction is subject to a fine not [less than] EXCEEDING
$500.
(e) Any person who violates [§ 12-106(a)] § 12-106 of
this article [(Conflicts of Interest, Financial Disclosure,
and Lobbying in Montgomery County)] (PROHIBITED ACTS) is
guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a
fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding [6
months] 1 YEAR or both.
[(f) Any person who violates § 12-106(b) of this
article (Conflicts of Interest, Financial Disclosure, and
Lobbying in Prince George's County) is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not
exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or
both.]
[(g)] (E) A person may be convicted of a second or
subsequent violation of any provision of this article or any
rule or regulation adopted under this article.
