LOBBYING IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY) IS GUILTY OF A, MISDEMEANOR
AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000
OR IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING 6 MONTHS OR BOTH.

(F)  ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES § 12-106(B) OF THIS
ARTICLE (CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE, AND
LOBBYING IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY) IS GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT
