8-307. MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF SERVICES.

(A)  MEETINGS.

(1)  THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL SHALL MEET AT THE
TIMES AND PLACES THAT IT DETERMINES.

(2)  AT LEAST 2 MEETINGS A YEAR SHALL BE HELD
JOINTLY WITH THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL ON DRUG ABUSE AND
THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL ON MENTAL HYGIENE.

(B)  COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
A MEMBER OF THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL:

(1)  MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION; BUT

(2)   IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES
UNDER THE STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN
THE STATE BUDGET.

(C)  STAFF SERVICES.

THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL PROVIDE SECRETARIAL,
CONSULTANT, AND OTHER STAFF SERVICES TO THE STATE ADVISORY
COUNCIL.
