(B) THE front foot benefit charge LEVIED UNDER
PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION shall [thereupon] run for
the period of years for which it would have run if IT HAD
BEEN levied at the proper time or in the proper manner[; and
this].
(C) THIS section [shall apply] APPLIES to all errors,
omissions, or mistakes [heretofore] PREVIOUSLY made by the
[commission] WSSC[,] or to any judgment or decree
[heretofore] PREVIOUSLY rendered[, provided, however, no] IF
FRONT FOOT BENEFIT payments have NOT been made on [such] THE
property.
5-106. Deferred Payments.
[(k)] (A) (1) When[, under the provisions of section
6-2 of this article,] the charge or a portion of the charge
for a water or sanitary sewer connection is made payable on
a deferred or installment basis AS PROVIDED BY § 6-102 OF
THIS ARTICLE, the installation of [such] THE connection
[shall be] IS a benefit to the property, or that part of the
property determined by the [commission] WSSC to be served by
the connection, and the deferred portion of the connection
charge[, together with] AND ANY interest, shall be paid by
an annual benefit charge in an amount and for a period of
years necessary to amortize the account.
(2) The water and sewer connection benefit
charges established and levied by the [commission] WSSC
under this [subsection] SECTION [shall be] ARE in addition
to any benefit charge established or levied under any other
[subsection hereof] SECTION OF THIS TITLE.
(B) The [commission] WSSC shall [make provision for]
PERMIT the owner of [a] property THAT IS subject to a
benefit charge for the deferred portion of a connection
charge to extinguish the account and lien [therefor] by the
payment of the principal [plus] AND ANY interest due to the
time of payment.
(C) (1) [A property] PROPERTY [subject to] THAT IS
UNDER a benefit assessment under this [subsection] SECTION
[shall remain] IS [liable therefor] SUBJECT TO THE BENEFIT
ASSESSMENT until the annual or other payments have amortized
the charge, including the interest increment[, and the].
(2) THE lien [therefor] ON THE PROPERTY shall
continue until paid and extinguished[, and at the time any].
(3) IF A federal, state, county, or other
governmental agency, commission, board, or municipal
corporation acquires for public use property [which] THAT is
subject to [such] A benefit charge UNDER THIS SECTION, THE
