the north line of lot 1, block A, and the outline of the
plat of subdivision, as shown on a plat of subdivision
entitled, "Lot 1, Block A, Lots 1-10, Block B, Ednor Acres,"
recorded among the aforesaid land records in plat book 32 as
plat no. 2048, to the northwest corner of the lot 1, block
A, as shown on the aforesaid plat recorded in plat book 32
as plat no. 2048, the northwest corner of lot 1, block A,
being a point on the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission rural water area, thence in a
southerly, westerly and southerly direction with the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission rural water area to the point of beginning.
(c) Beginning for the same at a point on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
rural water area, the point being where the existing
boundary intersects the third or south 40° 42' 15" west,
1482.72 foot line of a deed from Elizabeth T. Stabler to
Edgar C. Rice, et ux, dated September 11, 1935, and recorded
among the land records of Montgomery County, Maryland, in
liber 604 at folio 209, and running thence in a
northeasterly and westerly direction reversely with and
along the third, second and first lines of the aforesaid
deed to the beginning of the first line of the aforesaid
deed, thence in a southwesterly direction reversely with and
along the eleventh line of the aforesaid deed to a point on
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission rural water area, thence in a southeasterly
direction with the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission rural water area to the point
of beginning.
(d) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to the
above-described rural water area and the area shall be
subject to all the rules and regulations of the commission
and all provisions of law relating to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District which are applicable to the water
system of the Commission including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by the commission in the sanitary district;
provided, however, that the commission shall not levy any ad
valorem or front foot benefit tax assessment or other charge
within the aforementioned rural water area until such time
as the construction of a water system shall be actually
commenced, or an existing water system shall be extended to
such area, and available to the property within such area,
and when from time to time such a system is commenced or
extended, then the area or areas affected by such
commencement or extension shall be excluded from this
provision.
