Maryland in liber 1965 at folio 41, line of the property
conveyed by Helen V. Harris to the Montgomery County Revenue
Authority, and running thence to include the lands now owned
by Helen V. Harris the following courses and distances:
North 71° 27' 40" west, 1334 feet more or less to a point,
thence north 71° 15' 40" west, 216.44 feet to a point,
thence north 72° 18' 10" west, 498.50 feet to a point,
thence south 55° 28' 45" west, 638.18 feet to a point,
thence south 13° 45' west 75 feet to a point, thence south
70° 44' 25" west, 1412.06 feet to a point, thence north 44°
45' west, 2543.00 feet to a point, thence north 19° 45'
east, 650.30 feet to a point, thence north 55° east, 2739.00
feet to the south side of Glen Road, thence in a westerly
direction along the south side of Glen Road to a point at
right angles to the end of the ninth or south 11° 11' 40"
east, 1201.16 foot line of a deed from Helen K. Winfield,
unmarried, to Herbert H. Greger, et ux, dated December 18,
1945 and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber
994 at folio 85, thence in a northerly direction at right
angles to Glen Road to the end of the ninth deed line,
thence in a northerly direction reversely with and along the
ninth, eighth, seventh and sixth lines of the aforesaid deed
recorded in liber 994 at folio 85 to the end of the fifth or
south 70° 08' 30" east, 173.07 foot line of a deed from
Blanche I. Collins, widow, et al, to Herbert H. Greger, et
ux, dated September 25, 1950 and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 1438 at folio 314, thence in
a northerly direction reversely with and along the fifth,
fourth, third, second and first lines of the aforesaid deed
recorded in liber 1438 at folio 314 to the beginning of the
third or north 88° east, 86 perch line of a deed from
Cornelia L. Bohren to Richard Barnhouse, dated June 15, 1864
and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber EBP
1 at folio 254, thence in an easterly direction with and
along the third and fourth lines of the aforesaid deed
recorded in liber EBP 1 at folio 254, to the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
thence in a southeasterly and southerly direction with the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District and the rural water area to the point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to the
above-described rural water area and the area shall be
subject to all the rules and regulations of the commission
and all provisions of law relating to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District which are applicable to the water
system of the commission including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by the commission in the sanitary district;
