east, 153.32 feet, thence leaving the road south 7° 26' 30"
west, 233.56 feet to a point, thence south 29° 53' 40" east,
1798.94 feet to a point, thence south 56° 41' 20" east,
148.95 feet to a point, thence south 40° 00' 50" east, to
intersect the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence in a generally northerly direction
with and along the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to a point 200 feet west of and
at right angles to the west line of the Falls Road, thence
in a generally southwesterly direction, west of, parallel
to, and 200 feet distant from the west line of Falls Road to
intersect the property line between the property of the
Great Falls Farm Corporation obtained from the Tilden
Corporation, dated December 31, 1931, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 532 at folio 206, and the
property of the United States of America, thence due west to
a point on the Maryland-Virginia boundary line, thence in a
generally southeasterly direction with and along the
Maryland-Virginia boundary line to the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a
generally northerly direction with and along the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
point of beginning.
(d) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to the
above-described rural water areas and the areas shall be
subject to all the rules and regulations of the commission
and all provisions of law relating to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District which are applicable to the water
system of the commission including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by the commission in the sanitary district;
provided, however, that the commission shall not levy any ad
valorem or front foot benefit tax assessment or other charge
within any of the aforementioned rural water areas until
such time as the construction of a water system shall be
actually commenced, or an existing water system shall be
extended to such area and available to the property within
such area, and when from time to time such a system is
commenced or extended, then the area or areas affected by
such commencement or extension shall be excluded from this
provision.

(a) The area herein described be and it is hereby
added to and made a part of the rural water areas under the
jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
created by chapter 122 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1918, the area herein described being an addition to the
rural water area created by and described in subsection (2)
of section 1 of chapter 710 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1959: All that area in the Potomac election
district of Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the
following described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a
