1391.22 feet, thence, south 87° 02' 33" west, 1509.43 feet,
thence south 05° 58' 10" east, 21.29 feet, thence north 57°
49' 10" west, 484.30 feet to a corner of the James L. Watson
property, thence along the northwest lines of the James L.
Watson property, north 48° 54' 06" east, 114.35 feet, thence
north 13° 10' 06" east, 209.60 feet, thence north 28° 45'
06" east, 340.36 feet, thence along the west line of the
property of Eugene B. Roberts, recorded among the aforesaid
land records in liber 598 at folio 223, north 06° 03' 23"
