the east side of the road between Forestville and Central
Avenue and running thence in an easterly and southeasterly
direction with the centerline of the southerly fork and the
centerline of Southwest Branch down the stream until it
intersects the twenty-first line of the property of W. Beall
Bowie, the line described in a deed from Washington J.
Beall, et ux, to William J. Bowie, dated December 14, 1882
and recorded among the land records of Prince George's
County, Maryland in liber J. W. B. 1 at folio 636, thence in
an easterly direction reversely with the twenty-first
through the thirteenth lines of the aforesaid deed to the
center of Landover Road, thence in a northwesterly direction
with the centerline of Landover Road to its intersection
with the prolongation of the fifth or north 3 1/4° west 96
1/4 perch line of a deed from Carvella C. Chaney to Elmer S.
Rooney, dated June 1, 1921 and recorded among the aforesaid
land records in liber 159 at folio 447, thence in a
northerly direction with the fifth deed line to the center
of Central Avenue, thence in an easterly direction with the
centerline of Central Avenue to its intersection with the
centerline of Western Branch, thence in a northwesterly
direction with the centerline of Western Branch to the
center of Bald Hill Branch, thence in a northerly direction
with the centerline of Bald Hill Branch until it intersects
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a generally westerly and southerly
direction with the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.
(c) Beginning for the same at a point on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, that
point being 200 feet south of the south side of the George
N. Palmer Highway at the center of Folly Branch, thence in
a southerly direction with the center of Folly Branch to the
north right of way line of the John Hanson Highway, thence
in an easterly direction along the north right of way line
of the John Hanson Highway to intersect the fifteenth or
north 13° 30' east, 18 perch line described in a deed from
Margaret M. Duvall to Thomas Beans, dated September 11, 1905
and recorded among the land records of Prince George's
County, Maryland in liber 24 at folio 537, thence in a
northeasterly direction with and along the fifteenth and
sixteenth lines of the aforesaid deed to the beginning of
the first line of a deed from Thomas Beans to Daniel B.
Lloyd, dated October 4, 1905 and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 25, folio 174, thence in a
northerly and westerly direction with and along the first,
second, third, and fourth lines of the aforesaid deed from
Thomas Beans to Daniel B. Lloyd to a point 20 feet east of
the east line of the Glendale-Enterprise Road, thence in a
northerly direction, east of, parallel to, and 200 feet
distant from the east line of the Glendale-Enterprise Road
to the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a westerly direction with the existing
