Ch. 766

southwesterly direction, southeast of, parallel to, and 500
feet distant from the southeast side of the Allentown Road
to a point 500 feet east of the east side of Old Fort Place,
thence in a southerly direction, east of, parallel to, and
500 feet distant from the east side of Old Fort Place to a
point 500 feet east of the east side of Old Fort Road,
thence in a southerly direction, east of, parallel to, and
500 feet distant from the east side of Old Fort Road to a
point at right angles to the southeast corner of lot 5 as
shown on a plat of subdivision entitled "Friendly Farms"
recorded among the land records of Prince George's County,
Maryland in plat book W. W. W. 19 as plat no. 20, thence in
a westerly direction at right angles to the Old Fort Road to
the southeast corner of lot 5, "Friendly Farms", thence in a
westerly direction with the south line of lot 5 and the rear
lines of lots 8 through 24 as shown on the aforesaid plat of
"Friendly Farms", to include same, to the southwest corner
of lot 24, "Friendly Farms", thence in a northwesterly
direction along a straight line drawn from the " southwest
corner of lot 24 to a point in the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, that point being on
the parallel of latitude 38° 45' 00" north and 500 feet east
of the east side of Livingston Road, thence in a generally
northerly and southeasterly direction with the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
point of beginning.

(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the areas
above described and the areas shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district; provided, however, that the commission shall
not levy any ad valorem tax or any front foot benefit tax
assessment or other charge within any of the aforementioned
areas until such time as the construction of a water or
sewer system shall be actually commenced or an existing
water or sewer system shall be extended to such area and
available to the property within such area, and when, from
time to time such a system is commenced or extended, then
the area or areas affected by the commencement or extension
shall be excluded from this provision.

(a)  The areas herein described are hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All those areas
in Prince George's County lying within the following
described boundaries:

(b)  Beginning for the same at a point on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District where
the boundary intersects the centerline of the southerly fork
