the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of

(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and the area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district.

(a)  The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in Montgomery County lying within the following described
boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point where the
present boundary line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District intersects the centerline of the Old Baltimore Road
(Rockville-Norbeck Road) and running thence in a westerly
direction with the centerline of the Old Baltimore Road
(Rockville-Norbeck Road) to its intersection with the
centerline of the Avery Road, thence in a northerly
direction with the centerline of the Avery Road to the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a generally, easterly, northeasterly and
southerly direction with and along the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.

(b)  The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and the area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district.

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in Prince George's County lying within the following
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, 200 feet east of and at right angles to the east
side of Bowie Road and running thence in a southerly
direction east of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the
east side of said Bowie Road to a point in the center of the
Defense Highway, thence in a southerly direction at right
angles to the centerline of the Defense Highway to a point
200 feet distant from the south side of the Defense Highway,
