aforesaid deed, thence with and along the first through the
fifth lines of the aforesaid deed and the northeasterly
prolongation of the fifth deed line to the center of Bells
Mill Road and the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a generally easterly
and southwesterly direction with and along the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and the area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district.

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in Montgomery County lying within the following boundaries:
Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, that point
being the southerly intersection of the centerline of Bells
Mill Road and the centerline of Seven Locks Road, and
running thence south 34° 32' 24" west, 667.5 feet, more or
less to intersect the prolongation of the eighth line of a
conveyance from Henry Bradley, et ux, to George R. Bell, by
deed dated June 13, 1884, and recorded among the land
records of Montgomery County in liber E. E. B. P. 32 at
folio 263, thence along the line north 36° 00' 30" west,
487.5 feet to a point, thence leaving the line, south 0° 45'
00" east, 636.45 feet, to a point, thence south 24° 11' 00"
west, 353.32 feet to a point, thence north 65° 22' 00" west,
1414.09 feet to a point, thence north 2° 31' 00" west,
856.10 feet to a point, thence north 68° 46' 30" west,
726.21 feet to a point, thence north 31° 35' 00" west,
618.68 feet to a point, thence north 45° 26' 00" east,
729.89 feet to a point on the fifth or north 41° 50' 07"
west, 787.05 foot line of a conveyance from James M. Harris,
et ux, to Richard L. Counts, Jr., et ux, by deed dated
October 13, 1953 and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 1850 at folio 215, thence south 40° 00' 50"
east, 625.38 feet reversely with and along the fifth deed
line to the beginning thereof, thence north 45° 05' 40"
east, 1622.38 feet reversely with and along the fourth or
south 43° 38' 04" west, 1617 foot line of the aforesaid deed
from James M. Harris, et ux, to Richard L. Courts, Jr., et
ux, and the prolongation thereof to a point in the center of
Bells Mill Road, thence in a southeasterly direction with
the centerline of the Bells Mill Road to intersect the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District in the center of Seven Locks Road, thence in a
